Constantine Kertsikoff-led compatriot Eletson Corp is the buyer of the medium-range-one (MR1) units.
The 36,700-dwt Morgane and 37,600-dwt Meliora Cogito (both built 2006) have changed hands for $18.5m each, according to market sources.
Managers at both Eletson and Product Shipping were unavailable for comment.
The price is broadly in line with current market levels. Reference prices for 10-year-old, 37,000-dwt products tankers are spot on at $18.5m,
