Dr Mohammad Saeidi, who has been at the helm of Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) since last August, has posed a tough challenge for his employees. He wants the company to rise from 21st place in the liner company rankings to be in the top 10 within the next five years.
Although it is best known for its liner activities, IRISL is a diversified shipping company that operates in a variety of market segments.
