The 298,000-dwt Famenne (renamed Sea Horizon, built 2001) has been taken on a two-year charter by ST Shipping at $40,000 per day — or $28.8m for the period.
In the aframax segment, SK Energy has fixed the 110,000-dwt Jag Lyall (built 2006) for two years from India’s Great Eastern Shipping. The charter is set to start next month running at $22,750 per day.
