Demolition activity in the capesize bulker segment continues apace, with South Korean owner Chang Myung Shipping selling at least two units in one week.

The 149,000-dwt C Harmony (built 1994) broke the $300-per-ldt threshold for the first time in four months, going for $303 per ldt, or $4.7m. The 165,000-dwt C Oasis (built 1996) went for $286 per ldt, or $6.4m.

Both
