As the day kicks off, I am looking at Piraeus port outside my window with three documents in front of me: the draft of next year’s budget, one quotation for a new business opportunity and another from a service provider. In such a difficult market, how can a company balance internal and external needs and demands without engaging in a tug-of-war at the end of which there can really be no winners, only losers?

The financial struggles of our clients are appreciated and there is an ethical obligation for everyone to reassess their position and stand by the needs of the customer.
