Chinese language roadshow presentations describe these only as a “foremost world shipmanager” and “global market leader in ship supply”, respectively, and propose spending CNY 2bn and CNY 1bn, respectively, to acquire 30% stakes in each of them.

However, it does not appear that the targets described in the roadshow presentation even know they are being pursued.

Although V.Ships is unidentified by name in the Zhi Jing roadshow papers, they mention the “foremost world ship manager” as having 250 customers, 950 shoreside employers and bases in Boston, Chennai, Istanbul, Fort Lauderdale, Glasgow, Hamburg, Limassol, Monaco, Montreal, Nantes, Oslo, Paranagua, Piraeus, Rio de Janeiro, Singapore and Sydney.
