Brokers say the company’s 27,100-dwt Karystos (built 1996) is available for inspection in Brazil this week while loading grains. The Mitsubishi-built vessel will head to Chittagong next, where it is expected to arrive at the end of May.
Thalkat managing director Konstantinos Kladias confirms the company is looking for a buyer. “We are trying to sell the Karystos for further trading,” he told TradeWinds.
