Thalkat last week took delivery of the Jiangmen Nanyang-built, 32,000-dwt Bianco Victoria Bulker (built 2012). Trading as Konstantinos M, the ship, which brokers say cost $6.5m, is currently underway in the Black Sea.
The moves suggest Voula, Athens-based company is in fleet-renewal mode. It has recently tried to find a trading buyer for one of its older vessels, the 27,100-dwt Karystos (built 1996).
