Some say the ship already is committed, others that marketing has just started.
Shipowner Michiel Rutten was not available for comment before TradeWinds went to press.
The tanker is likely worth $31m. TransPetrol bought the ship as Zaliv Anadyr for $27.5m in March 2013.
