The Trogir-built, 46,000-dwt Pure Grace (built 1996) has gone to Seven Islands Shipping of India for $8.2m. VesselsValue says the tanker is worth just $5.4m, a firm figure considering tanker values have recently been under pressure. The explanation may be its prompt delivery to Seven Islands, which has renamed it Windsor.
A Seven Islands executive confirms the purchase, although he declines to reveal details.
