China’s Zhonggu Shipping has decided to call a time-out on its secondhand containership purchases as it awaits newbuildings on order and concentrates on developing its logistics network throughout China.
The company, which operates on the private side as Shanghai Zhonggu Xinliang Shipping, recently completed an over-the-counter (OTC) stocklisting under the name Shanghai Zhonggu Logistics.
TradeWinds reported that the listing on the “New Third Board” for small and medium-size enterprises was in the works in March.
