In May, ABYO reportedly offloaded the Japan Marine United-built, 60,000-dwt bulker Abyo Paola (built 2015) to Hong Kong owner Chelleram Shipping for $19.5m but it remains in the ABYO fleet.
ABYO — a joint venture between York Capital Management, Augustea Bunge and Oceanbulk — owns a third bulker, the New Times-built, 175,000-dwt Abyo Audrey (built 2011).
