Regions Bank and DVB Bank are the top creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy for International Shipholding (ISH), the diversified shipowner founded and still run by members of the Johnsen shipping family.
Documents filed with the US Bankruptcy Court in New York identify North Carolina-based Regions as the administrative agent for a $65.8m secured claim.
Meanwhile, Germany’s DVB is sitting on a secured claim of $32.3m.
