Another judge has joined what is becoming a chorus of US jurists delivering blows to physical suppliers of bunkers that have sought to arrest vessels to collect on deals in which collapsed OW Bunker acted as middleman.
District Judge Katherine Forrest, of the federal court for the Southern District of New York, issued three rulings with the same message as other recent decisions in the US courts, where a tangle of more than 50 OW-related lawsuits have been filed.
