Vallianz Holdings has completed a share consolidation exercise that has seen 300 ordinary shares trading on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) reduced to one ordinary share.
Prior to the share consolidation the issued share capital of the company comprised 16,780,595,243 shares. As of yesterday morning the revised issued share capital of the company comprises of 559,353,174 shares.
Future trading of the consolidated shares will be in lots of 100 shares.
