Roughly 15 months after failing in its hostile takeover attempt, BW Group is no longer the top shareholder of Dorian LPG.
The Andreas Sohmen-Pao-led shipping conglomerate sold another 698,439 shares of the Connecticut gas carrier owner in December and early January, bringing its total to 2.9 million shares.
The sales sees BW — which once owned as much as 14.2%
