A German-chartered cruiseship seized in France over unpaid fees has been released for its next cruise.
Charterer Hansa Kreuzfahrten said the legal dispute regarding the 16,200–gt Delphin (built 1975) had been “settled”, but did not provide further details.
The vessel was seized at Villefrance sur Mer last week by owner First Cruise One Corp while it was trying to repair a technical fault.
