Carlos Pena arrived in Monaco in 2004 as a civil engineer, intending to stay for 12 months but — as often happens in shipping — things took an unexpected turn.
After more than two decades in the principality working within the commercial side of the business, Pena has risen to become chief executive of shipowning and commercial management group C Transport Maritime (CTM).
