China Development Bank Leasing (CDB Leasing) has emerged as the buyer of three kamsarmax bulk carriers in a protracted sale and purchase deal involving Japan’s Nisshin Shipping.
The deal involves a bareboat charter agreement with China’s BG Shipping, with which the Chinese leasing company has extensive chartering agreements.
