Taiwan’s Chinese Maritime Transport (CMT) is doubling its order for newcastlemax bulkers to four.
In a statement to the Taiwan Stock Exchange, the company said it would be ordering two more 210,000-dwt bulk carriers at CSBC.
The deal would bring its total spending at the Kaohsiung-based shipyard to almost $320m.
