Diana Shipping has fixed one of its panamaxes at a time when period fixtures have been few and far between.
The New York-listed bulker owner has entered into a 12-month to 14-month timecharter contract with Phaethon International at $9,200 per day for 75,211-dwt Oceanis (built 2001).
The fixture, which is set to begin Thursday, is expected to make about $3.31m
