Diana Shipping has fixed a second panamax to Phaethon International in as many days at a time when three other such vessels in its fleet will be available in coming weeks.
The New York-listed bulker owner will charter 77,901-dwt Ismene (built 2013) for 13 months to 15 months for $10,800 per day, starting Saturday.
