Diana Shipping has chartered a capesize to Koch Shipping at a lower rate than that paid by its previous employer.
The Semiramis Paliou-led owner of 41 dry bulk ships has entered into a time charter contract with Koch Shipping for the 180,235-dwt Aliki (built 2005) for $11,300 per day from last Thursday to 15 March 2021 at the latest.
The fixture is expected to make about $2.81m
