Performance Shipping and Diana Shipping have moved around top leaders among both sister companies as part of a succession plan begun in October.
Performance Shipping, which owns four tankers and a boxship, accepted resignations from president Anastasios Margaronis and chief strategy officer and secretary Ioannis Zafirakis at its 18 February annual board meeting.
Meanwhile, Semiramis Paliou relinquished her role as chief operating officer.
