The crew of a BW LPG VLGC have been recognised for their bravery in deterring a pirate attack off Congo in October.
The 84,000-cbm BW Frigg (built 2016) narrowly escaped a hijacking, TradeWinds reported at the time.
All the crew have now been presented with bravery awards on board the vessel.
Pontus Berg of BW LPG told the crew: "What you did out there out there goes above and beyond what you expect from a normal crew.
