Chinese authorities have rescued all 13 crew from a grounded domestic cargo vessel.
Xinhua cited the Donghai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport as saying the Rong Hai 79 issued a distress signal on Thursday afternoon off Nanri island in Fujian.
A rescue ship and helicopter were sent to the scene. The vessel picked up the crew.
A tug was due to head out to the stranded cargoship.
