Homes and businesses around the California port of Stockton lost power Tuesday after a Grieg Star-owned open hatch carrier hit a power line.
The incident involved the 50,700-dwt Star Luster (built 2013), port director Rick Aschieris told TradeWinds.
He said the ship was moving from one dock at the port to another when a shipboard crane hit the power line.
