A salvage company has discovered what it believes are extra "secret" decks for animals on a capsized livestock carrier off Romania.
The 2,100-dwt Queen Hind (built 1980) turned over in November off the port of Midia, killing thousands of sheep.
Only 180 animals survived out of 14,600 initially thought to be onboard for transport to Saudi Arabia.
