The AP Moller Foundation has reported a huge profit for 2021 as container ship rates soared.
The foundation is the ultimate owner of Denmark’s giant shipping company AP Moller-Maersk.
Earnings last year hit DKK 51bn ($7.3bn), more than double the 2020 figure.
The fund reported booming equity of DKK 188bn, after a historic year for the daughter company.
