CMA CGM appoints new deputy chief financial officer

CMA CGM has brought on a new bean counter to help with the books.

The French liner giant has hired Olivier Casanova as its group deputy chief financial officer and chief financial officer for CMA CGM subsidiary CEVA Logistics.

This is a newly created position, CMA CGM said.

Prior, he was chief financial officer for sugar producer Tereos since 2012 after serving two years as PSA Peugeot Citroen's head of financing, treasury and corporate finance.
