US-listed boxship player Euroseas has sold its fifth vessel this year, with liner giant Mediterranean Shipping Co (MSC) said to have purchased the ship for further trading.
Amid robust containership freight rates, the Athens-based company found a buyer on the secondhand market for the 20-year-old vessel rather than selling it for scrap, as it had done with four ageing ships it parted with over the summer.
