Germany's Oskar Wehr has reportedly completed its withdrawal from the containership market after 52 years.
The shipowner has agreed a deal to sell its last remaining boxship, the 1,730-teu Wehr Schulau (built 1999) for further trading, according to analyst Alphaliner.
The new owner has not yet been reported, but Clarksons put the sales price at $2.5m.
