Clipper Group and the Danish government have sold out of Danske Faerger (Danish Ferries).
The two have each sold 50% to domestic operator Mols-Linien for DKK 594.1m ($92m).
The move sees Mols-Linien take over six ro-paxes.
Closing of the sale will take place in the near future.
