A Blue Star Ferries vessel with hundreds of people on board was held for more than 12 hours in Greece on Thursday, pending coronavirus test results of a crew member who fell ill.
The seaman, who ultimately tested negative for the virus, went down with high fever late on Wednesday, just as the 8,130-gt Blue Star Myconos (built 2005) was about to set sail from the northern Greek city of Kavala.
