Cash buyers, which recycling sources have named as Best Oasis, have bought the last three major cruise ships that were operated under Genting Hong Kong’s Star Cruises brand.

Sold by the beleaguered cruise giant’s Hong Kong liquidators are the 51,300-gt SuperStar Aquarius (built 1993), the 50,800-gt SuperStar Gemini (built 1992) and the 40,000-gt Star Pisces (built 1990).

Recycling sources said the liquidators are holding out for trading buyers for the company's other vessel assets earmarked for disposal.
