Passengers on board a special media trip on a SeaDream Yacht Club cruiseship have been confined to their cabins after one tested positive for coronavirus.
The negative publicity couldn’t come at a worse time for a struggling cruise industry that was anxiously watching whether the Norwegian cruise operator's rigorous health protocols would facilitate a safe resumption of international cruise operations.
