An Indian court has ordered the public auction of a veteran bulk carrier which was arrested last October.

Companies interested in offering for the 34,800-dwt Infinity (built 1985), owned by Turkey’s Glamour Maritime, will have until 19 April to submit their offers.

Infinity is facing legal action from four creditors .

As TradeWinds has reported, UK cash buyer NKD Maritime is seeking to recover $1m from Glamour , while ING claims the ship owner owes around $93,000 to OW Bunker (UK).
