Aegean Bulk has disposed of another vintage panamax, a month after selling a sistership.
Both have gone to Chinese interests, making the Constantine Angelopoulos-controlled company the latest in a string of Greek shipowners offloading ageing vessels for further trading to the Far East.
Brokers reported the Hyundai Heavy-built 74,300-dwt Evanthia (built 2001) as sold to an undisclosed buyer for $8.5m.
