Diana Shipping entered into a time charter contract with EGPN Bulk Carrier for one of its capesize dry bulk vessels.
The Athens-based bulker player said it is chartering its 177,828-dwt Boston (built 2007) to EGPN at a gross charter rate of $17,000 per day, minus a 5% commission to third parties.
The hire began yesterday and lasts 16 to 19 months, Diana Shipping said in a news release.
