Finnish owner ESL Shipping has grown its niche bulker business with more charters.
The company, owned by the Aspo group, said it launched the operation in the third quarter with two smaller time-chartered ships.
It is targeting renewable bioenergy cargoes and recycled raw materials, such as fuel or steel, wood-based products and grain.
ESL has now added two more chartered ships to the venture.
