Nikolas Martinos-led Thenamaris has pocketed a huge gain after selling one of the kamsarmax bulkers it bought at the bottom of the market in 2016, brokers said.

The Greek shipowner was an active buyer of dry cargo tonnage as freight rates in the sector hit the lowest level in more than 30 years and has now begun realizing profits from that investment.
