Greece’s Z&G Halcoussis has purchased at least one of two supramaxes that Turkey’s Densan was reported to have sold last month.

The Piraeus-based company has emerged as the buyer of the 58,700-dwt Veronique D (built 2012), which brokers reported sold for $16m. It has been renamed Almar.

Densan was reported to have sold the Veronique D, as well as its sistership Anjelique D, in an enbloc deal to unidentified Greek interests for a total of $32m.
