The Rijeka commercial court postponed on Wednesday a decision on whether to start bankruptcy proceedings against the yard to 26 February.

Director Maksimilijan Percan was quoted by the SeeNews agency as saying in a report sent to the court that the company can easily cope with its financial troubles in the short term because it has signed a contract to supply a car and truck carrier.
