Egypt's Suez Canal Authority (SCA) is keeping a bulker rebate in force until the end of this year.
It said the move was part of paying more attention to its "users' best interests" and was made after "considering the new changes in the global shipping market, and world economy".
The fee rebate applies to ships operating between ports in the Americas and in Asia.
