A consultation launched by the Baltic Exchange on its plans to adjust its dry time-charter indices to reflect the impact of the IMO’s 2020 cap on sulphur emissions is due to close at the end of this week.

In the 25-page consultation document, sent out to members at the start of this month, the Baltic invited its members to submit written feedback with explanations on six points by 22 February.
