Kuala Lumpur-based MISC Berhad has secured an inaugural listing on the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI).
The hydrocarbons shipping giant is the only Malaysian transportation sector company to feature in the DJSI Emerging Markets Index.
MISC president and group CEO Datuk Yee Yang Chien described the listing as a significant milestone in the company's decade-long sustainability journey, and said it strengthened the company's commitment to "raise the bar".
