Norway's Color Group has started preparing for an IPO in Oslo to cash in on the boom in leisure and travel.
The owner of ro-pax operator Color Line said the process is intended to assess the possibility of a listing.
But the amount it is targeting has not been set and there is no guarantee an IPO will go ahead.
