Veteran maritime and oil-services analyst Ole Slorer has moved on from his long-time role as managing director at Morgan Stanley.
Slorer is said to be headed for a banker’s slot at San Francisco-based boutique financial firm BTIG.
He was with Morgan Stanley for nearly 20 years, much of it as head of the bank’s transport research group.
Slorer told TradeWinds he had “nothing official” to report about his next position, at least for now.
