Shipbroking giant Clarksons has been appointed to sell the bulker and tanker fleet of Toisa, which last year filed for Chapter 11 protection with debt of over $1bn.
A New York bankruptcy judge signed off on the move to dispose of 20 trading ships and six newbuildings, according to court documents.
