Jotun, the world’s largest producer marine paint, has reported a reduced profit despite increased revenue so far this year.
The Norway-headquartered company had a pre-tax profit of NOK 464m ($58m) in the first four months of this year, against a profit of NOK 643m in the same period last year.
A major reason for the reduced result is the low newbuilding activity.
